MOUNT EVEREST South Ridge Expedition

to CAMP 2

March 30 to April 29,  - 30 days

 

ITINERARY

March 30 Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to our base hotel. Expedition Briefing.
March 31 Morning city sightseeing tour, last minute gear shopping and cargo organization
April 1 Early morning start, fly to Lukla and begin trek to base camp. First stop Monjo.
April 2 Trek to Namche Bazaar
April 3 Acclimatization hike to the twin Sherpa villages of Khunde and Khumjung, full day of getting to know life in the Khumbu. Return to Namche to sleep.
April 4 Trek to Tengboche monastery, late afternoon carry on to Pangboche, home of the Yeti scull and Lama Geshe.
April 5 Morning Puja with our good friend Lama Geshe and receive his personal pre-climb blessing.
April 6 Trek Dingboche, overnight 
April 7 Acclimatization hike above Dingboche return to the lodge.
April 8 Trek to Lobuche, stay in a private lodge, meals cooked by our expedition cooks whist here.
April 9 Trek to Everest Base Camp
April 10 Relax, unpack and enjoy the comforts of our camp.
April 11 Puja ceremony, sort equipment for the  mountain
April 12 Skills Review 
April 13 Skills Review 
April 14 Rest and review
April 15 Climb to Camp 1 
April 16 Rest day Camp 1
April 17 Climb to Camp  2
April 18 Rest day Camp 2
April 19 Flexible day for weather
April 20 Flexible day for weather
April 21 Descend to base camp
April 22 Descend to Pheriche
April 23 Descend to Namche Bazaar
April 24 Descend to Lukla
April 25 Arrive back in Kathmandu, transfer to our base hotel
April 26 Relax, shop, sightseeing
April 27 Transfer to the airport for your international flight home or stay on for more adventures like whitewater rafting or jungle safari.

 

Inclusions & Exclusions

Everything you will see on the Everest Summit Climb list minus the oxygen and number of days climbing. Guided by a Sherpa Mountain Guide, cam and route supported by our Sherpa mountain crew.   See inclusions/exclusions

Cost: $10,000.00US

Booking: $4,000.00US deposit
