CLIMBING
PERMITS NEPAL and TIBET
-
Trekking Peaks of Nepal gives recreational-climbers
an opportunity to tackle a high Himalayan peak without having to be part of
a major organized expedition. Although these peaks are lower than their
more famous cousins - the 8000-meter peaks - many of the climbs are no less
demanding and adventurous in nature. By Himalayan standards these are considered
minor peaks, but in fact some of them are relatively challenging snow and Ice
climbing of high standard. They are rated as trekking peak by elevation and not
by technical difficulty.

Climbing
Peak permits
from 7000m upward rise
considerably and require application processes that differ from the peaks
listed below. For permits on 7000m peaks and up, a commercial or
custom application is required and we at Peak Freaks are happy to
help. Everest climbing permit fees require considerable advanced
planning an application. Please contact us for more information. trek@peakfreaks.com
